Update: after a long weeks journey, our daughter lost her fight. We are now asking for help to help with bills and with the arrangements for her cremation and celebration of life.

We desperately need your help. My husband and I are fighting for our daughter on life-support. She has severe brain damage. Not sure what’s going to happen over the next hours, days, weeks, months; nobody can tell us anything at this moment.

I went to work today. It’s the most miserable I’ve been being away from her. I just wanna be there with her, and as everybody knows, bills do not pay themselves. Luckily, we have great insurance for her, so her medical bills are taken care of, but we need help so we can be there with her and not have to worry about anything but her, her recovery, and her brother. The cost of going back and forth is a big toll on our family, let alone the bills we have to pay.

This child has been an All-Star field hockey athlete her whole life. She goes to Virginia Wesleyan, attends Field Hockey camps every season, and wants to go to Virginia Wesleyan with Head Coach D1 scholarships in mind. Please, please help us so we can help her get better and just be there for her. Anything anybody can do will be a blessing.
