Hi, my name is Quinton. my family and I moved from Durban, South Africa to Chelmsford, Essex in 2019.

A mammoth task for my family and I as I had to be the UK by the end of October and we still had a house to pack up and 2 small boys. My wife has been the rock on this move...

However, we had one issue that we never expected. I developed a brain tumour in 2015 and after a resounding 3 knocks at the crack of dawn, it decided to arrive. Thankfully, I had the best neurosurgeons in the country just up the road and they managed to get that tumour removed 2 weeks later.

I have been on meds ever since just to keep the brain in check.

I have now been diagnosed with another tumour that needs to be removed. This is starting to push along my pathways and make my brain twitch a bit.

As one of the main bread winners in the family, while my health is important, I just want a chance to see my family succeed in the UK...

The funds will be used by my family just to get their lives back (rent, utilities, groceries) until I can add to the pool again.
