My name is Iman Adwan, and we are a family of 8 who lost our home after it was directly bombed. Today, we live in tents without real shelter or safety. Life has become unbearably difficult.

My eldest son, Yousef, is 17 years old. He was injured by shrapnel in his thigh during the bombing, which caused a partial severing of the sciatic nerve. As a result, he can no longer move his foot properly. Doctors told us he urgently needs a delicate surgery to reconnect the nerve, but we cannot afford the cost.

My two youngest children, Jana (6 years old) and Joudi (4 years old), are suffering from malnutrition due to food shortages and the soaring prices caused by the blockade. We can't afford enough food or even milk. Our children have also been deprived of education for the second year in a row.
