A Family in Need After Tragic Loss

My 5 children, who recently lost their father in Novemeber 2024.

He was the sole provider for our family. I am looking for employment while trying to grieve is extremely difficult.

Our daughter is only 5 months old and 4 boys under the age of 11. When their father took her own life while we were in the home. As we are going through therapy and all things necessary for our wellbeing for our trauma, I am struggling to afford to pay bills, all i wish for is, having the means to maintain so the kids do not suffer any more loss. I was not working I was enrolled in classes to complete my degree for our family, this was a dream of mine since i was 19. Not only was he a loving father and incredible partner, he was the backbone to our family.

Since we were not yet married I have no access to pay bills necessary for our survival. As a strong mother, I am able to pick all 6 of us up and do anything i have to in order to support our young children. In the meanwhile bills are due and i do not have funds to cover anything. I have been exhausting every possible resource. At first i did not want to reach out to the community, however the community has come to us. Christmas was extremely special for them and any mothers or fathers reading this can understand there is not better Joy than seeing our children happy.

I am putting this out there as I am searching for a job. I do not have a degree, however I am determined and always have an extremely powerful work ethic, I will do whatever it takes for my children as I always have them in my heart with anything or any task I am given. It is now January 2025 as i work through how I will get everyone where they are needed to go (school and daycare) This has been hard while trying to make a work schedule work. I will keep up the efforts and will stop at nothing to make this work for us while at the same time supporting the 6 of us emotionally. Anything would help us right now. We are sending our love and appreciation to all during this tragic and heartbreaking time in our lives. Thank you for anyone taking the time to even just read, I believe 2025 is going to be our year, I have amazing children who know they have a mother that will stop at nothing to make our lives functional again.
