Amal Osama, I am 30 years old, a Palestinian from the Gaza Strip, and I was live in Rafah. I have three children (Mohammed, 11 years old; Zein, 6 years old; and Khalil, 18 months old). I suffered from a pseudotumor cerebri and increased intracranial pressure.

The war tore our lives apart. We had to flee our home in Gaza several times as the bombing drew near. Each time, we hoped it would be the last. But then, our home—the place that held our memories, our father's laughter, and our childhood dreams—was reduced to rubble.

After numerous attempts and a long wait to leave Gaza for treatment in Egypt, we finally received approval and left Gaza for Egypt this month (November).

We are now living in Egypt, but life here is extremely difficult, and we must rebuild our lives, which were destroyed by the war in Gaza.

A new beginning is coming, and we all know that every beginning is difficult, but thanks to your support and help, we will start anew and build our future and the future of our children.

I need medical treatment, and my children need basic necessities like safe shelter, food, clothing, education, and more to help them recover mentally from the trauma of this horrific war.

This fundraising campaign is my heartfelt appeal to everyone who hears our story and feels our pain.
