The Journey of Survival: A Family from Gaza Amid Displacement, Fear, and Hunger.
Supporting the Family of Ezz Eldin Sheikh Khalil.
I am Ezz Eldin Sheikh Khalil, a 33-year-old man from Gaza, and the sole provider for my family of six. Since October 7th, the ongoing war has forced us into repeated displacement, fleeing from relentless airstrikes. Each time we leave, we abandon a shattered home and broken dreams.
Our journey through the north, the south, and finally to the central region has been filled with shocking and terrifying scenes. My children, who should have been living a peaceful childhood, now live in constant fear. Our home has been completely destroyed, and my family has been deprived of the most basic human rights—education, food, and even the sense of safety.
Today, we live under incredibly harsh conditions. We don't have enough food, and essential supplies are scarce. We suffer from malnutrition and have no access to medical care. With no job opportunities, it has become impossible to provide an income for the family.
I ask for your support to help us secure food and necessary care so we can start a new life, free from fear and hunger. Any contribution, no matter how small, will make a significant difference for us and our children.
