My brother’s girlfriend (both 19 years old) recently damaged her grandpa’s pickup tailgate while she was borrowing it, and now it’s stuck open and the handle is ripped off. They have to replace the entire tailgate and the cost is $2,500. With my brother being the sole provider for his gf and their 2 year old daughter, he cannot afford to replace it but has been asked to by his girlfriend and her family, due to her being out of work while attending college and taking care of her daughter.

If this were my brother’s own truck, he would simply buy a tailgate net without hesitating, but unfortunately it’s not his and so he does not have that choice. I have created this gofundme on his behalf, and if anyone is sweet enough to help, the funds will go to his account and he will be able to pay her grandpa for the replacement.
