God doesn't close one door without opening another!!! My name is Raven and I am asking for donations for us as our home was caught on fire in harriman by the devil himself Thursday morning. I have a 7months old daughter. Nothing in the home was salvageable and we are asking for donations to help with Bill's. Medical Bill's for my daughter, a place to stay till we figure something out. Clothes as it is winter time and we have absolutely nothing. No warm socks hang clothes my daughter has no toys clothes nothing to keep us warm. And donation to help get a mobile home trailer moved for us as it was giving to us needs ALOT of work but if we can just afford to get it moved which is atleast 4500. We would have a FOREVER HOME. I am so so so heartbroken and honestly this is all I can do is ask for help as we desperately need. My daughter is VERY SPECIAL BABY she is disabled. She had a rare 1 in 70,000 defencensy called hetertaxy where she was born with her organs on the other side of her body including dextracadria which means her heart is also on the other side. With that, there is a 1 in 218,000 chase a organ in her body can stop working. Her liver decided it wasnt going to work. 1 day old I realized she wasnt holding her food down and thank goodness I complained bc they would of sent me home and my daughter would of died with no one knowing the cause with that 2 days old she was sent to childrens. There they told us after 1 day there was nothing they could do no longer because they figured the problem out and she needed to sent to Vanderbilt IMMEDIATELY as her amonia levels were rising. We didnt know what it all ment but they LifeStar her to Vanderbilt. There she was placed in the PICU where she was top priory and those doctors did eveything and anything they could to help. Thank God. My baby was deathly sick. The worst feeling in the world. They told us after 5 days of test and poking my baby she stopped crying she stopped moving and responding to everything. with her organs being on the other side of her body.. it cause liver failure. She was placed on dialyis and in Vanderbilt for 2 months. During that time

We learned so much about my daughter and her condition. She has a 1 in 218,000 defencensy called ASL. Urea Cycle Disorder. Which means the protein we eat everyday turns into amonia in the body then the liver breaks that down which turns into urine and we remove it from our body. My daughters liver does NOT do that. Amonia is poison to the body. My daughters liver does NOT break down the protein and turn urine. Her body builds up the amonia which is VERY LIFE THREATING. Seizures, a coma and death are the 3 symptoms. The only way to motor her amonia levels is reduce in protein in take, blood work once a month and a VERY STRICT DIET. My daughter name Oakley, will never be able to eat protein. No meats cheese milk beand anything that comes from an animal and has protein in it period. She is on a NO protein diet. She is VERY SPECIAL baby but also a VERY HAPPY BABY. anyone that has met her nothing but a smile on her face! :).
