Hey friends and family,
I wanted to share something that’s been on my heart. I’ve been given the opportunity to go on a mission trip to South Africa with my church Metro Community the first week of October, and after prayer and reflection, I’ve decided to say yes.
This isn’t just about travel or checking something off a list. It’s about continuing the journey God’s been taking me on over the years—one of healing, learning to listen, and being available. I’ve been learning to walk in obedience, even when I don’t have everything figured out. This trip feels like a step in that direction.
The cost of the trip is $4,500, and I’m asking for help—whether that’s through financial support, prayer, or just encouragement along the way. If you’re able to give in any way, I’d be really grateful. And if not, I’d still love your prayers—for preparation, provision, and that I’d be used well while I’m there.
This mission trip isn’t just about what I’m bringing—it’s also about what I know God is still teaching me. Thanks for reading, and for being part of the bigger story with me.
With love and gratitude,
Patrick
