There are no words to express the depth of our sorrow over the loss of our beloved father and husband. Despite facing many complications and obstacles, Hector always found a way to wear a smile and spread warmth to those around him. Though his life was cut short, he lived it fully—fulfilling his dreams and aspirations, and most importantly, being a devoted father to his five children and a proud grandfather to his four grandchildren. He was also a husband who went above and beyond caring for his loving wife Nelly; through thick and thin, they always had each other’s backs in sickness and in health. His strength, kindness, and love will continue to live on in each of us.
