Hi, i am kashfia. i belong to a very middle class yet happy family. but life has not been in our favors lately. I lost my father about 2 years back. Since then my mom has been physically and mentally devastated. I somehow manage to come here to pursue my studies as it was always my parents only dream.

I am trying my best to pay my the fees and living. But just after a few month of my arrival, my mom was diagnosed with liver cirrhosis. It was a big shock for me who is living miles away from her. For last few months she started having ascitis. (fluid accumulation in the stomach). now she has to go for endoscopy and paracentesis ( taking out the excess fluid) every now and then. Doctors are suggesting a liver transplant also to take her overseas for advance treatment .My little brother is taking care of her at the moment. I am dealing with the whole situation over phone calls with the doctors, i couldn't even visit her as i just paid my fees, also supporting her treatment costs.

i am here to ask for help, i may be able to arrange the money to visit my mom but her treatment cost is nearly impossible for me to arrange. It's so hurtful and heartbreaking for me to see my mom going through all these and i am not capable of saving the one who gave me a life.

Every penny matters to me as it can save my mom.
