An Only Daughter Who Lost Her Mother

Hey everyone! I am making this Go Fund Meh for a good friend, Jana who lost her Mother Robin on Thanksgiving  last year. A woman who was a devoted teacher, an amazing friend and the best mom. She was loved by so many, and her loss was devastating. In the last years of her life she was battling stage 4 ovarian cancer, but she never let that stop her. She continued to teach, go shopping, and take care of her daughter. She never complained, ever. She lived her life as if her cancer didn’t exist. This is why her death was something no one was prepared for. Jana was the love of her life and her only child. Now that Robin has passed, Jana (being the only child of a single mother) is left with the financial burden of paying off the cost of her services and now a year later has an additional cost of buying a headstone. Unfortunately, it is so very expensive to have a memorial and bury a loved one.  I made this Go Fund Me because no one who is grieving should have to worry about financial burdens on top of it. if I could pay for the whole thing myself I would. However, I can not do it alone, and Jana shouldn’t have to either. It is the holiday season and instead of celebrating Jana is shopping for a headstone for her mother. So I decided to reach out to see if all of her friends, and people who loved her mother, could chip in, even if it’s just a little bit. It would help so much. Everyone giving a little goes a long way, so no amount is too small, I know she will appreciate anything from anyone who is able to give.
