Terry Lee has always been a vibrant, independent, and deeply dedicated man. As a respected songwriter, composer, performer, and guitarist, he poured his whole heart into his art.

A perfectionist, committed, profoundly honest, humble, and approachable. The kind of artist who would stay after a show to talk with everyone, no matter how tired he was.

Several years ago, he was diagnosed with a rare degenerative cognitive disease. It has progressed slowly but relentlessly, taking away his independence and leaving him fully dependent on daily care.

Today, moving into a nursing home is no longer a choice, it is essential to ensure his safety and provide the specialised support he now needs.

Unfortunately, the cost of long‑term care is far beyond what we can afford.

This is why I am reaching out for your help. Your support would allow him to go through this stage of his life with dignity, surrounded by compassionate professionals in a safe and caring environment.

Terry Lee a toujours été un homme très actif et profondément indépendant. Auteur, compositeur, interprète et guitariste reconnu, il s’est investi corps et âme dans son art.

Ceux qui le connaissent savent à quel point il aime écrire, jouer, transmettre et partager sa passion de la musique.

Perfectionniste, engagé, d’une honnêteté rare, simple et accessible, il a toujours été ce genre d’artiste qui, après un concert, prenait le temps de parler avec chacun, avec la même attention et la même gentillesse.

Depuis plusieurs années, il est atteint d’une maladie dégénérative rare, qui a progressé lentement mais inexorablement, jusqu’à le rendre totalement dépendant.

Aujourd’hui, un placement en maison de retraite est devenu indispensable pour assurer sa sécurité et lui offrir l’accompagnement spécialisé dont il a besoin au quotidien.

Malheureusement, le coût d’un tel hébergement est très élevé et dépasse largement nos moyens.
