Community Fundraiser to Support the Family of Robert Byrd II

On Wednesday, September 10th, our community experienced an unimaginable tragedy. Around 4:40 p.m., Robert Byrd II was fatally stabbed while walking with his young son after picking him up from school. This senseless act of violence has left us all deeply shocked and heartbroken.

Robert was a devoted father, a loving son, and a joyful presence to everyone who knew him. Family and friends remember him as someone who brought laughter and warmth wherever he went, a person who took life seriously but always found ways to share joy. His greatest love was his son, who was holding his hand in the moments before this tragedy occurred.

This GoFundMe has been created by our school’s Parent Club Organization to support Robert’s family during this devastating time. All funds raised will go directly to his family to provide financial support as they navigate this excruciating and heartbreaking loss.

We are coming together as a community to stand beside Robert’s family and show them they are not alone. Any contribution, no matter the amount, is deeply appreciated.
