A coming-of-age celebration

Hi My name is Melissa and I raising funds to help my very dear friend Alexandrea who has been diagnosed with Stage 4 Pancreatic Cancer. Her daughter was not able to celebrate her coming of age party last year when she turned 15 and this year with her mom's cancer diagnosis, her 16th birthday was not going to happen. They celebrate with a party called a Quinceanera which means her coming of age party. Alexandrea has been very sick with her chemo treatments, and I told her I would take care of making this party the best it could be for Camilla. They live in Surrey BC and if we exceed the amount we are trying to raise, this will go to them to hopefully fly home to Columbia to see her family there. We are targeting a date of Sept 7th, 2024, to have the party and believe it will only be for 30 people. If you can donate anything, please do. If you live in the area and know of a hall, or a catering company or a DJ that is available, please let me know.
