Hi Everyone!

My name is Nancy and I’m raising money for a comedy short film, Anxiety, which I wrote and will be directing at the end of October.

LOGLINE: When a couple meets for their first date, two unwelcomed but familiar guests do all they can to sabotage the connection.

This project serves as a proof of concept for a potential TV show or series, where I plan to build a world of internal characters, such as depression, shame, guilt, and others who are not always visible but play a significant role in our lives. By exploring "their" world, we can gain a better understanding of these complex emotions and the impact they have on our daily lives. This is also a great opportunity to illuminate the internal struggles we each grapple with, yet ultimately share as a universal human experience at some point in our lives.

As a writer/producer, my goal is to create stories that connect people from all walks of life by capturing the essence of our shared human experiences through a comedic, yet grounded lens.

The funds raised will be used in the following ways:
  • Talent & Extras
  • Set & Locations
  • Production (Insurance, Equipment, Crew, Catering, etc.)
  • Post Production (Editing, Sound Design, Color, VFX)
  • Publicity/Marketing

A little bit about us…
