A Coffee Shop Where Community Happens

Beschermde donatie
My name is Martin Grams, owner of The Screaming Bean coffee shop in Aberdeen, Maryland. Everyone has a dream. Mine is to own a coffee shop. We signed the lease agreement and the contractors broke ground. We open in the summer of 2023. Our mission statement is "Where Community Happens." This will be a coffee shop that assists with Main Street fund raisers, supports community events and doesn't have to answer to Wall Street.

But with terrible interest rates today, can you blame us if we ask for a little assistance through crowd funding? The Screaming Bean, LLC, is not a pipe dream, I can assure you. The business plan has been set, the crew is locked in. The building is under construction and we even have the architect plans finalzied. (Photos enclosed)

Now we do what we can to raise funds before we open, to pay for equipment, supplies, decor, and more. Yes, we probably will apply for that business loan, but the more we raise, the less we have to borrow.

Everyone agrees we need more mom and pop local coffee shops and less Wall Street chains. Here is your chance to support. And from the bottom of my heart, thank you.
