A Coffee Lover's Dream

Hi, this is Tatiana Martinez co-owner of YellowBlueRed. In 2023, My husband, Willy Mora, and I moved to Woodland Hills, CA. We loved our new neighborhood, but couldn’t find a good place where to drink non-commercial coffee. Willy Mora loves high quality coffee, so he came up with the idea of importing coffee directly from Colombia. At first, we didn’t know how to start, but we did an extensive research on how to make this dream possible. A coffee shop seemed tempting, but it was far from what we could afford. A coffee cart then became our goal. In November 2023, we received the first batch of Colombian coffee, and two months later our coffee cart and coffee equipment arrived. Getting the best equipment was not easy, neither low-cost, but we were finally ready to go! Even though we joined some markets, Woodland Hills was the place that inspired us from the beginning. In May, we finally made the decision to bring our coffee cart out in the neighborhood. We looked at a specific corner that seemed to be the perfect place for us to start.

Willy and I became a team, and it makes me extremely happy to support him as much as he supports me. This is why I decided to start a GoFundMe page. I truly believe YellowBlueRed is ready for the next step. We’d love to continue operating in this beautiful neighborhood. We’re grateful, and we know it is possible to provide you with even better service every day. During the past two months, we’ve met incredible people, and we hope to continue counting on you.

Why GoFundMe?

YellowBlueRed would love to own the perfect coffee trailer.

We love our coffee cart, but a coffee trailer will allow the following:

1. Extended hours (morning/afternoon)

2. Easier mobility

3. Comfort for us and/or our employees.

4. New products will be incorporated to our menu.

5. Safety and convenience for our customers.

6. A place where to meet with friends, family and the community.

7. Explore new growing strategies!

Even though we’re looking forward to open a coffee shop, we also feel a coffee trailer will make us feel really happy, and will allow us to get there one day. We embrace our process, and as new entrepreneurs each day is an opportunity to do better.
