A Child's Plea: Aid for Mother's Final Costs

My mom was born January 22, 1950. She struggled with a lot of in and outs of the hospital with many illnesses. I have been taking care of her since I was 10 and I am an only child. Unfortunately I don't have any family to fall back on anymore. She has broken several bones and had a stroke. This time she had a very bad UTI that went septics that started March 19th which started this whole entire ordeal. She was okay one moment then bad another. We had ups but a lot of downs. She was admitted to Holy Cross Hospital from March 19th till April 20th then went to St. Anthony's Rehabilitation. Then May 6th to May 27th to St. John's then I fought with the insurance company to keep her there because she couldn't walk or do anything on her own but unfortunately after two appeals they sent her home. After 5 days (June 2nd ) home she ended up back in Holy Cross Hospital with another UTI because they found paper towels stuffed up her because they were tired of her peeing too much. Which unfortunately this landed her into ICU. They ended up put her on a ventilator for 6 days and she was able to get off of it. They kept her in the hospital till June 20th which afterwards she ended up at Kindred Longcare Facility. As they were trying to wean her off oxygen but unfortunately at the end of June they end up putting her in ICU at the place. And then unfortunately they end up putting her back on a ventilator because she couldn't breathe. Which she ended up with back to back UTIs. This unfortunately affected her heart, kidneys, liver, and lungs. And as they were trying wein her off the ventilator matters kept getting worse. I kept going to see her everyday and then on July 30th I went there at 7:30 p.m. at night and she was completely out of there. She wasn't moving or talking just staring. I spoke to the Pulmonologist and he told me she would not make it through the night. And she passed away at 4:11am on July 30th in ICU-1 on the ventilator!!!!

I am just trying to raise money to pay for expenses for cremation and funeral expenses and etc. And unfortunately I can't do anything because I haven't got the death certificate. I am experiencing a lot of problems getting it too.
