As an Olah Chadasha engaged to a Chayal, planning a wedding in Israel is one of the most exciting—and emotional—experiences of my life. But as much joy as this moment brings, it also comes with overwhelming challenges.

I'm currently a full-time student working hard to support myself, my fiancé, and our future together, b'ezrat Hashem. With my fiancé serving in the army and rarely able to be home, I'm left to plan our wedding on my own. As a lone Olah, without my family here and without financial support to lean on, it often feels like I'm drowning under the pressure.
