A chance at life for little Mirella

I am writing this with tears, I never imagined that somewhere it is written that we have to go through such an ordeal, we can never know what the future holds for us.

Our baby Mirella was born a perfectly healthy child, but the date 16.05.2023 marked us when the doctors from the Lomonosov infectious diseases hospital in Chisinau took us to the Emergency which we requested at home on the grounds that the girl had liquid stools with streaks of blood, vomiting and fever 38.C, after several investigations they informed us that it is not known if our little girl will live, they transferred us to the mother and the child where I was also told that they do not guarantee that they will be able to save our little girl of only 1.5 months after an intestinal infection that produced this ruthless Hemolytic-Uremic Syndrome which completely blocked the functions of the kidneys, it affected the heart and other organs, the God worked through the doctors gave me one more chance to keep her until currently in his glorious arms, when our little girl was out of danger and her condition allowed us to fly, we decided to go to Germany (Pediatric Children's Hospital in Erlangen) as the filters (artificial kidneys) in the hemodialysis ward were running out, the doctor had to leave on vacation and out of desperation, I left with hopes for better, but it was the worst decision, the incompetence, indifference of the doctors and medical staff there, the procedures that were inappropriate for her, and the medicines that messed her up, expenses forced us to go back to the Republic of Moldova...after several hemodialysis procedures, treatments, we restored urination and were waiting for filtration, but it was not to be, because I don't know how she got another intestinal infection (klepsiella) again, which erased our joy, her condition it got extremely worse, we did dialysis almost every day, they put blood and protein which are lost and the cause is unknown, many question marks to which the doctors have no answers, and they recommend us to leave the country urgently for investigations and treatments abroad to save our little one.
After several searches, we found the pediatric hospital for children "Azienda Ospedale-Università di Padova, we contacted the doctor who is willing to help us, but the costs are high enough for us to cover them after almost 6 months of expenses, our financial resources or exhausted ...We are a young family with 2 small children, who have overcome many hardships without turning anywhere, only our parents and loved ones know how much we have endured, but this time it is too difficult for us financially and time is running out so quickly and the condition of our little girl cannot wait, until we make an Italian medical card so we start on Sunday and with the will of the God we hope to reach the hospital in Italy on Monday 14.11.2023 with all shame we desperately ask for people's help, with a donation or distribution, God bless you ... we hope and we believe that one day our story will have a happy ending... we remain in Faith.
