This gofundme has been created to fund the celebration of our dear friend Joshua Samuelson's life in addition to the cremation & other associated costs taken on by his wife, Dez. Joshua kept his circle small but for those lucky enough to get to know him, he was a kind & loyal friend. As we all know him & his wife Dez loved each other very much. It is Dez' wish to host a Celebration of Life party to be thrown in Joshua's honor. She is not having the easiest time financially so this fund has been created to pay for this memorial event. Music was Joshua's passion so for this event, Dez has requested that any DJ who knew Joshua & would like to play a set, is welcome to do so. The tentative date for this event is February 15th. Dez has also requested that we focus on the celebration of his life. Unlike traditional memorial services this is intended to be a joyful and positive experience. Joshua would love to see everyone partying and having fun in his honor. We are still ironing out details & pricing out venues etc. Please donate whatever you are comfortable with so that we can cover rental/staffing & materials costs.
