A Celebration of going to meet The King

Hello Family and Friends, I wanted to start by saying that it is a fantastic time to be writing to you as with getting to send home and Celebrate the Life of Leyton Kingsley Lyons. Leyton is the son, pride, and joy of my brother Dorsett "Coach" Lyons and Ms. Silka Simmons. We all know that Dorsett "Coach" Lyons has been a blessing in being a friend to most, brother to some, uncle to a few, a son of two, and a Dad to the one and Beloved Leyton Kingsley Lyons.

Leyton was battling a rare form of cancer (Desmoplastic Small Round Cell Tumors.) He fought a great fight, and then God called his son home so that he wouldn't have to fight that fight anymore. Leyton, a life-going and loving 8-year-old kid, missed out on living a whole life that he loved to talk about with his dad while sharing simple dad and son moments riding in the car or just relaxing on the couch.

Due to his untimely passing, additional funds will need to be acquired to cover some of the current funeral expenses. All donations will be greatly appreciated.
