Michael 'Googie' Boona was a Mardudhunera elder, a much loved family member and friend and an invaluable member of our community.
He couldn't do enough for the people he loved and for the community he was a part of.
If you or your organisation would like to show your appreciation, please feel free to make a contribution to the cost of the funeral.
Monies will go directly toward the ceremony and celebration of a man who gave so much of himself to all of us.
Please note: This fundraiser is being undertaken with the permission of the family.
For your information and invitation:
The service will be held Saturday 16th January 2021 at 2pm at the PCYC '50 Cent' Hall in Roebourne and 3pm at the graveside at the Roebourne/ Wickham Cemetery.
The wake will follow at the Ngurin Cultural Centre, Roebourne.
Dress code: West Coast Eagles colours
