We are all crushed to hear the news of the passing of our dear friend Ben Miller. Although we are feeling helpless at this moment, the least we can do is help the family with the immediate costs they will be facing over the coming weeks.

I am sure there will be a longer range plan for supporting Ash and the kids, but we thought it would be appropriate to show support in this incredibly difficult time.
