On October 1st, 2024, the world lost a beautiful soul. Shannon touched the hearts of everyone she met and lit up every room with her presence. After a courageous 11-month battle with pancreatic cancer, she passed away, leaving behind a legacy of love, positivity, and unwavering strength. Throughout her fight, Shannon remained hopeful, always believing she would be the exception and beat this terrible disease.

Shannon was a vibrant spirit who brought joy and fun to every moment. She had the most infectious, bubbly personality, always the life of the party, and made every occasion special with her incredible creativity and warmth. She was not just the best friend, daughter, sister, and partner, but above all, the best mother to her beloved daughter Ayla, who was her entire world.

Shannon was also the first to drop everything to help anyone in need. She had a heart of gold, always volunteering her time to support her favorite charities and causes and she was always down for a friendly debate.

As many of you know, we tried to celebrate Shannon’s birthday in May, but she became ill. All she wanted was a party, and now, we want to honor that wish by giving her the most beautiful celebration of life. This GoFundMe is to help her family plan the tribute she truly deserves.
