Shamana needs a car!
Siobhan Lowe, aka Shamama, is in dire need of a dependable and reliable car. A
longtime resident of Floyd, she raised four children mostly alone.
Siobhan took in children for daycare to trade for food. Having currently
beaten a seriously fatal disease, Siobhan also lost over one hundred pounds
and started growing her own food to become a picture of health. This car is
necessary for her many Doctor appointments.
You might know Shamama as the MC of Floydfest, volunteering for many years.
She’s also hosted benefits at Dogtown Pizza for local alternative schools. She
served on the Board of Directors of Community Action for five years, Through
everything she’s faced, this woman has kept a smile on her face and always wants to put one on yours!
Please join Nancy and I in showing Shamama that her friends and family can
offer a helping hand to one in need.
