Hello everyone, this is your friendly neighborhood DJ, Professa Prince. I was recently in a car accident caused by a large pothole on the Queens Midtown Expressway. The impact from the pothole caused significant damage to the front-end suspension, and unfortunately, the insurance company deemed my car totaled.

This event couldn't have happened at a more inconvenient time in my life, as it occurred on my second day at my new job after almost a year of job hunting. The new job requires me to have a vehicle, as it is a delivery driver position for a pharmacy. So, not only am I currently unable to work the new job until I secure a vehicle, but I also can't come to the park and DJ without a car, as it's necessary for me to bring all of the equipment I need to set up and play.

Finally, I'm struggling to take my son to school, as we moved out of Bedstuy about a month ago, and my car was the lifeline to keep my son in the school he's been excelling in. I'm asking if you can find it in your heart to help me out through this difficult time so that I may be able to cover the expenses of a used vehicle to continue playing music in the park, getting my son to a great school every day, and keeping this new job I've been blessed with. ❤️
