Hello my name is Estella I am permanently disabled.I had two major hip replacements within the past five years and now I have postestic left and right hips.I'm on a fixed income of disability from the government. In desperate need of a good reliable vehicle. Not being able to work because of my condition is very hard to come by money at times.I only receive $1,110 monthly income from SSDI. With that income I pay monthly rent $628 ,food, utilities, phone, public transportation and medical needs such as doctor's appointments and certain medications.I am also a Christian and Woman of God .I serve faithfully in my church where I am a member. So it makes it nearly impossible to make car payments every month after what I just went through.I need a good reliable car that I can pay cash for or even donated..My story began in 2023 when I struggled for well over a year to save up $2000 for a down payment on what I thought was a good reliable car from a local buy here pay here car dealership.Turned out to be a complete lemon.I admit I was desperate after not having a car for a very long time. They sold me a 2013 Dodge Journey with over 150,000 miles.I gave them the $2000 dollars down payment November 2024. With monthly payments of $476 and full coverage insurance $300 monthly. They knew they sold me a lemon but I didn't.I trusted them. After 11 months nearly a year after having this car I begin to have major problems with it.Not to mention at the time my sister that lives with me was battling stage four cancer and going to chemotherapy 2 times sometime 3 days weekly for 7 or 8 months and other cancer treatments.I told the dealership time after time about the problems I was having and time after time they lied to me and ignored the situation. Not even trying to work something out with me.Finally I took the car to ASE Certified Mechanic. Without charging me any money he put the vehicle up on a lift look and diagnosed the engine and transmission and we both did a complete look over underneath it.The mechanic showed me major oil leaks, transmission fluid leaks, motor mounts worn out, axle and tire rod suspension problems, electrical problems because dashboard lights were coming on and off all a sudden.Bad steering problems, clicking noise everytime the air conditioner was on because it was about to go out completely.Just so many issues that wasn't worth fixing and I couldn't afford it anyways. The car was to dangerous to be driving on any highway at all.The mechanic showed me where the dealership rigged up the engine and transmission and put some type of adhesive and glue to temporarily fix the leaks just to get the car off the lot for sale to someone.Of course over time from driving and the heat from the engine and transmission would make this adhesive and glue melt away.It wasn't a properly fixed before they put it up for sale to begin with. They just rigged it up to sale it off on someone like me.So after going back and forth month after month to the dealership where I bought the car at l let it go back and took the lost. So do the math! After giving these people $2000 that I saved up for a long time for a down payment and 11 months $476 monthly car payments it hurt because I didn't deserve any of this and they gave me their word it would be a great car. They lied but I forgive them..Please anyone help me by donating a car or cash.. I'm not just asking for a car to run the streets I need a good car to continue to do God's work, live Holy and have reliable transportation for my needs and help other
less fortunate people. God Bless you all and may he continue to cover you in his Son Jesus Christ precious blood.Amen
