Hi, my name is Courtney, and I’m a working mom raising two incredible girls.

This past year has been one of the hardest seasons of our lives. I was involved in a serious car accident that resulted in surgery and left me unable to work for several months. During that time, I had no income, and like many families, the financial impact hit hard. I fell into debt just trying to survive and keep life stable for my kids.

Today, I’m back at work and doing my best to rebuild. We are getting by financially, but I’m still without a reliable vehicle. Transportation is essential for work, my children, and everyday life, and despite saving as much as I can, it’s been difficult to get ahead—especially in a time when so many of us are struggling.

Asking for help does not come easily to me, but after encouragement from a friend, I decided to reach out. I’ve been incredibly grateful to borrow a vehicle temporarily, but I only have until the end of February to secure one of my own.
