A speeding car crashed into our home — and in one violent moment, everything changed. The driver slammed into our car parked in the driveway, pushing it toward us and nearly hitting us. Then the speeding vehicle tore through our garage and into our kitchen, causing massive structural damage. Our home — our safe place — is now declared unsafe to live in.
