My name is Nataliya. I am a documentary portrait photographer living in Chicago, Illinois.

For 33 years, photography has been my passion. In 2024, my photograph was selected for exhibition at the Chicago Public Library — Sulzer Regional Library — where it remains in the permanent archive.

I am currently documenting the Ukrainian-American community of Chicago — community leaders, artists, architects, and children — for my long-term project "Faces of Contribution: Living Legacies of Ukrainians in America."

My camera is technically insufficient for this work. It cannot hold focus in low light environments.
