My Brother’s Life Was Put on Pause—But His Spirit Is Rising

Donation protected
Sometimes life brings us to a full stop—not because we’ve failed, but because we’re being re-routed for something deeper.

That’s where my brother Jimmy finds himself right now.

If you know Jimmy, you know he’s a giver. A visionary. Someone who leads with faith, generosity, and a tireless commitment to others. For years, he’s poured everything—his time, his heart, his finances—into building something meaningful that would serve not just himself, but everyone around him. He’s held and created space for others in ways that most never even see.

But recently, his body brought everything to a halt.

After months of unrelenting symptoms, Jimmy was hospitalized and diagnosed with a large rectal mass highly suspicious for adenocarcinoma. He was septic, severely malnourished, and rushed into emergency surgery for incision, drainage, and the placement of a loop colostomy. He’s now home—on IV antibiotics, with a 5.5-inch open surgical wound that must be packed and dressed every 6 hours, and managing the new reality of life with an ostomy.

And yet—he still meets this moment with faith, grace, and humility.

Despite everything, Jimmy remains in awe of the process. He sees this not as a setback, but as a sacred realignment. He continues to trust that God is guiding every step of the way. I’ve watched him surrender—not in defeat, but in strength. And it’s deeply humbling to witness.

Where He’s At Now
At the time of this health crisis, Jimmy was also in the midst of a major business expansion, with capital tied up in lending delays. Still, he’s remained loyal to his team—shouldering financial responsibilities, honoring every commitment—while having nothing left for his own basic needs.

This is not a man who mismanaged.
This is a man who kept showing up… until his body made that decision for him.

Why We’re Asking for Support
Jimmy would never ask for help. But as his sister, I will.

Right now, he needs a bridge—a way to stay afloat while he recovers, while funding clears, and while his body gathers the strength to face what’s next (including the possibility of chemo and radiation).

Your contribution will help cover:
✅ Medical supplies and care not covered by insurance
✅ Basic living expenses while he rebuilds

Let’s Be the Village
This isn’t about charity. It’s about community. About honoring someone who has quietly given so much to others—and offering him the space to heal.

If you feel moved to give, share, or simply send a prayer—thank you. Your love means more than we can express.

And if you do pray, please pray boldly.
Pray that Jimmy lives out his divine story fearlessly and courageously, no matter the outcome.

With all my heart,
Eliza Warren
