A call to rally for Lisa and her family
Donation protected
Dear friends and family,
As many of you know, our dear friend Lisa is a light in our lives - always ready to share a smile, a laugh, or a shoulder to cry on. It's time for us to return that love and support as she faces yet another unimaginable challenge.
This past June, Lisa experienced an unthinkable act of violence when she was stabbed by a stranger just outside her home. Despite this traumatic event, she has shown remarkable strength and resilience, maintaining a positive outlook while still recovering from her injuries. Unfortunately, she has not yet regained full use of her hand, but her spirit remains unbroken.
This New Year was supposed to bring hope and healing, but in the early hours of January 2nd, Lisa’s home caught fire. Thankfully, Lisa, her daughter Iz, and their beloved pets Charlotte and Layla managed to escape unharmed. Gizmo, is still unaccounted for. They managed to leave with only the clothes on their backs.
As Lisa navigates the aftermath of the fire, the stress will be overwhelming. It’s at times like these that we must come together as a community to support one of our own. If you can contribute in any way—
Whether it be through donations, clothing, or even just a kind word of support—know that it will be received with immense gratitude.
Let’s show Lisa the same kindness she has generously given to each of us. Together, we can help her and remind her that she is not alone. Thank you for your continued love and support during this difficult time.
