To my friends and family, I am Keith Jenkins. Yesterday, I was informed that my brother, who was only a year younger than me, Sean Jenkins, passed away in Durban, South Africa, where he has been living since the end of 2019. His ex-partner, Sue, found him, and she is broken up. I need to go over there to get his body back here to the United States. He was ex-military, and I need to get things going for the funeral and service.
