RERO foundation, in memory of Rafael E Rodriguez Ortiz

In loving memory of my son, Rafael E Rodriguez Ortiz,

December 26 marks Rafael's birthday, and I am commemorating his memory through the following events.

The first will take place in Colombia—a memorial birthday mass every December 26 at 10 am, his birthday time. This will be followed by the distribution of Christmas gifts for 55 underprivileged children.

The second event will be held here in Fernandina Beach every December 26. We will have a river walk, and at the end, a kiosk will be waiting to light candles in honor of those we love, now in heaven. To cherish Rafa's memory, I will be giving away keychain angel wings.

The last event will be the reveal of two donated non-profit scholarships in honor of Rafael Ernesto Rodriguez Ortiz—one here in the USA and one in Colombia. The main purpose is to assist underprivileged youth with any/all college expenses.

En la memoria de mi amado hijo Rafael E Rodriguez Ortiz

Diciembre 26 es el dia de su nacimiento, en honor a su memoria se tienen planeada tres actividades

La primera en Colombia, cada 26 de Diciembre se celebrara una misa a las 10 am, hora de su nacimiento, 55 niños de escasos recursos económicos recibirán regalos navideños y un agape en su nombre

La segunda aqui en Fernandina Beach cada 26 de Diciembre haremos una caminata al atardecer donde familias que hayan perdido a sus hijos podrán participar y encender una vela en honor de sus seres queridos en el cielo. Llaveros con alas de angel les serán entregados en memoria de Rafael

La tercera función de la non profit fundación es donar en nombre de Rafael Ernesto Rodriguez Ortiz becas a jovenes de pocos recursos económicos para ayudar o pagar en parte sus gastos escolares universitarios.

Agradecemos inmensamente todas sus donaciones/ tiempo/monetarias/oraciones/y pensamientos en estos momentos tan difíciles que enfrentamos
