Hi friends, I’m starting a GoFundMe for my friend Ashley Cannupp.

I’ve known Ashley for 15 years, and she is one of those people who keeps pushing forward no matter what life throws at her. Right now, life has hit her hard all at once. She was recently laid off, and her car was stolen all in the same month.

Ashley is a single mom doing her best to stay steady for her little boy. A reliable vehicle is the missing piece she needs to get back to work, and to safely get her 2-year-old to daycare so she can take a new job. She has been using the bus system, but what should be a short commute turns into a long, exhausting trip, especially in the winter and with a toddler.

If you’re able, I’m asking you to consider donating so we can reach our goal of $3,500, which would help her with a solid down payment on a vehicle and get her back on her feet faster.

To get it started, I’ve made the first contribution toward the goal, and I’d be grateful for any help we can give Ashley during this rough patch.
