Give a helping hand to an emerging Maasai woman leader

Hi friends,
As many of you know, I spend a lot of time in Kenya supporting amazing conservation organizations there. Through that work, I have had the opportunity to get to know Esther Naini. Esther is an amazing young woman from the Maasai Mara region of Kenya, and she works for the Maasai Mara Wildlife Conservancies Association as a Program Officer, focusing on educating and engaging youth from the region in conservation efforts. She has been accepted to the Beahrs Environmental Leadership Program at the University of California, Berkeley, and while she has received a modest scholarship, she needs additional financial support to be able to attend this program. She has committed to raising $2000 from her network to match the scholarship, but she needs to secure another $7000 to cover the tuition, travel and expenses. This program is a great opportunity for her to continue to develop her leadership potential. With the recent cuts to US international aid, it is more important than ever to support the development of local leaders. Will you join me in supporting the development of this remarkable Maasai woman?
