For a long time, cycling around Latin America has been a dream for us. We have been planning our trip for over a year and early this year, we saved up enough money to make reality come true.
We believe that using a bicycle as a means of travel is the most economical, environment-friendly and most human way to travel. It allows us to get in touch with locals and travel off-the-beaten-track to truly learn about local cultures and way of life.
After 2 months and a half on the road, tragedy struck. One afternoon, in San Luis Potosi, Mexico, Tiphaine's bicycle was stolen. It was complete collapse and the worst thoughts came to mind; going back home. However, we are determined to not end our dream on such a sad note and unfortunate event.
We are seeking support to keep our dream alive by getting a new bicycle. Finding a touring bike in Mexico is hard and expensive which incurs a huge hole in our budget. We are seeking your support in order to keep the dream alive and allow us to reach the end of our adventure.
