Meet Fig, Potato and Karma, three incredible dogs with heartbreaking pasts who are now ready to start a new chapter filled with love, safety, and happiness. They have endured unimaginable hardships, but their resilience and sweet natures have shone through, and with your help, they can have the fresh start they deserve.

Fig’s Story:

Fig was found tied to a tree in southeastern Turkey, clearly abused and starved. Despite her rough start, she’s incredibly affectionate and has shown nothing but gratitude for the care she’s received. She’s been through vet check-ups, received vaccinations, and is now ready to embark on a journey to Canada.

Potato’s Story:

Potato is a 2-year-old Golden Retriever who we found at a bus stop in poor condition—his ears were chewed, his tail was broken, and his fur was matted. He was starving for food and attention. After investigating, we learned that Potato had been abandoned by his owner and had spent a month traveling from a faraway city, trying to find his way to the neighborhood we were living in. Despite everything, Potato is a big love bug, filled with energy and life, and he’s incredibly affectionate.

Karma's Story:

We found Karma on the streets of Denizli, or I should say, she found us. Going between our Airbnb and the hospital (we were in Turkey visiting Ares's dad who was ill), she would follow us back and forth. When we realized she would wait outside of our accommodation for us to come out, we knew we had to bring her back with us.

All three dogs are incredibly sweet, and we’re committed to getting them the care they need and bringing them to Canada. However, we need your support to cover the costs of their medical care and travel expenses.

The funds raised will help cover:

• Veterinary care (vaccinations, check-ups, and treatments)

• Travel and transportation fees to bring Fig and Potato to Canada
