Jack Arnold Barnett passed away on his 82nd birthday, April 13, 2018.
Jack left a pleasant place in our hearts, so we would like to leave a special place on earth to remember him by.

Jack's cheerful, optimistic outlook and love for people endeared him to those around him.

Jack's cheerful, optimistic outlook and love for people endeared him to those around him.
He helped many people along in their careers in the watersheds of Utah, Idaho & Wyoming and particularly in the Bear Lake and Bear River system.
He worked for both the state of Idaho and Utah in water resources.
Jack served as
Executive director of the Idaho Water Users' Association,
Executive director of the Western States' Water Council,
First executive director of the Colorado River Basin Salinity Control Forum,
Engineer manager of the Bear River Commission,
Member of the Utah State Parks board, and
Owner of a water resource consulting business.
He worked for both the state of Idaho and Utah in water resources.
Jack served as
