A Bench on the Boardwalk for Mrs. Chris

As many of you know Mrs. Chris  passed away 4/10/21 after a short/sudden but fierce battle with cancer.

Mrs. Chris was a wonderful woman who lit up any room she was in. She was an an amazing wife, mother, grandmother, and friend to many!  To myself she was like a second mom. She always had a ear to listen and a shoulder for anyone who needed it.  She was a hard worker and did her best to live life to the fullest! 

Mrs. Chris had many loves in life and other family, friends, and the Backstreet Boys the beach was one of them. She longed for her summer vacations at the beach with a good bikini and a delicious fruity drink in her hand! 

At a time like this I struggle to find a way to make things better as how can you with a loss this huge, however I want to honor Mrs. Chris by giving her a permanent spot at the beach.  A memorial bench on the Ocean City Boardwalk.  This way she will have a front seat for every sunrise and sunset (and another favorite of hers people watching!). This will also give all of us, both family and friends, the opportunity to sit and enjoy our memories of Mrs. Chris at one of her favorite places.

I have added Mrs. Chris to the waiting list for a bench and my hope is she will get one soon! The cost of the bench is $2500.00 plus a few fees, any donation will help.If the bench does not pan out in Ocean City I am hopeful to find another option in Myrtle Beach or something local.  ALL  donations will be given to Mr. Jim to handle memorial costs.
