Son Paralyzed At Stop Light - See News Story
Donation protected
Hi, my name is Michael.
Clemson was recently involved in a terrible crash in the Miramar area of San Diego.
According to a traffic investigator with the San Diego Police Department, a 30 year old female driver claims that as she was approaching the intersection, her platform style shoe “got stuck or wedged” underneath the brake pedal, and while attempting to free her shoe, she somehow ended up hitting the gas pedal instead, slamming her vehicle into the back of Clemsons motorcycle, who was stopped at a red light.
The impact sent our son into the passenger side of windshield, and then onto the pavement, face down. Police estimate the speed of impact was somewhere around 45 MPH.

Before all of this happened, Clemson had left work and went to hang out with a few of his good friends from the motorcycle community, something that he did often, and loves doing. Over the years, he has made many friends and enjoyed spending time with them out on rides.
Those who know Clemson best, know that he is a very loving and kind person, full of humor, funny, a hard worker, always helping others, and has an easy going personality and way about him.
The purpose of our fundraiser:
Clemson sustained significant and life changing injuries and is currently in a local hospital. His spinal cord was severed at the T5 level, and is paralyzed from the chest down. He also has five fractured ribs, a broken nose, a concussion, an injured shoulder and bruising. His recovery is going to be a long one, and funds raised will be used to help cover any unpaid medical bills along with future moving and living expenses, and specialized equipment that will be needed to support his new way of life.
Thank you for your kind-hearted support, and any size donation—whether small or large, will be helpful and so much appreciated.
God Bless!
