Hi, my name is Jennifer Evans, and I'm raising money to support Heriberto Carreon, also known to his work family at Potter Junior High School as Mr. Harry. On the evening of March 6th, Mr. Harry experienced a life-threatening cardiac event at the young age of 29. For Mr. Harry to recover and thrive after this experience, he's gonna need the support from everyone he's poured himself into over his many years of service to others.

Mr. Harry is a staple in the Fallbrook community. He is known and loved by many people in this small hometown. He works as a behavior interventionist at PJH, where he dedicates himself to helping others and he expertly connects with our entire student and staff family. Many of us have known Mr. Harry since he was a student here himself!

The money raised will be used to provide Mr. Harry with 12 fresh ready-made and heart-healthy meals every week for 12 months using a meal delivery service. He's gonna have to make a lot of life changes and that can be overwhelming to tackle. Let's pitch in to help take the worry and hassle of mealtime off his list of things to do.
