A Beautiful Soul Fighting Endometrial Cancer

We want to share the story of an extraordinary woman in our lives — our aunt Phai. She has always been the heart and soul of our family. A devoted mother to her children, a cherished sister among six siblings, and a loving daughter to our late grandparents, Phai is someone whose love runs deep and whose strength shines even in the hardest moments.

Phai has always put others before herself. She’s the first to show up when someone is in need — whether it’s helping prepare food for the temple, caring for others in our family, or simply offering a warm smile that reminds you everything will be okay. She’s the kind of person who carries light wherever she goes, and even now, that light hasn’t dimmed.

Recently, Phai was diagnosed with endometrial cancer. She is now undergoing chemotherapy, which has led to hair loss and many emotional and physical challenges. Despite everything, she continues to carry herself with grace, warmth, and the same quiet strength she’s always shown. But as many know, cancer doesn’t just take a toll on the body — it takes a financial toll as well. Medical treatments, hospital visits, medications, and support needs quickly add up.

Right now, we are doing everything we can to help relieve some of that weight from Phai’s shoulders. Our goal is to raise money to help ease the burden of medical expenses and everyday needs — not just for her, but for her family who is standing strong by her side. We want her to focus on healing, not on worrying about bills.

We don’t know exactly how long we have — but we’re holding onto hope and to each other, and we believe in her strength. Every day with her is a blessing, and we’re choosing to celebrate those moments, while also preparing for what lies ahead.
