Please take a moment to breathe and say prayer for my beloved owner John Jay Niebuhr whom was tragically taken too soon on June 28, 2024 at only 40 years old.

He was with me and our three cats in his truck by the airport on a ☀️ sunny Florida morning.

He really loved us and would always shield us from any harm.

We stopped only for a moment and made a few business calls. He even said it was public property. We then moved the truck down the road and parked in a fenced-in lot.

We had no idea that stop would cost his life. Our beloved would never go home again.

In thirty minutes, everything changed. The place we parked became the scene of pure heartbreak, for it would become his final drive and our very last moments together before he was taken from us forever.

We were shielded, yet when it mattered most, we couldn’t protect him in return.

John Jay said, "Hey, I have my cats and my dog in here," and the response was, "I don't, I can care less." They took me in the morning and I never saw John Jay or the cats again.

We miss him, we will always miss him. Our hearts are forever missing parts.

He kept me by his side until the very end, you truly were my greatest love ❤️ & my bestest friend.

John Jay we will carry you in our hearts ~❤️ forevermore.
