Hi!

My mother, Holly Meyer (49), passed away today (2.3.26) while in the hospital. She was admitted last Tuesday for shortness of breath and put on a ventilator. We then found out she had tested positive for Flu A, which turned into pneumonia and MRSA. As you may know, MRSA is very medication-resistant, especially when in the lungs. Sunday evening, we were told her kidneys weren't functioning fully, so they were putting her on dialysis. Monday comes, and we find out her kidneys have actually failed. Early Tuesday morning, we received the call that nobody wants to get... her heart had stopped, and she had passed away. If anyone knew my mom, you know she was the most loving, caring, and supportive woman. She fought such a hard battle in life and remained so strong through it all!

I am writing this in hopes that we can get some help with funds for a proper send-off for her! We were not prepared for this at all. She unfortunately did not have a life insurance policy either.
