I am reaching out to you today with a heavy heart and a sense of extreme urgency. Our dear Leo Leodarline, a 52-year-old fighter, is currently battling Stage 3 Ovarian Cancer. While her medical journey is already gruelling, she is now facing a crisis that threatens her very survival.
Leo is currently undergoing intensive chemotherapy in Ireland to shrink a tumor that is currently too large for surgery. However, amidst this life-saving treatment, Leo has been informed that she faces being sent back to Nigeria as early as next week—immediately following her next scheduled session.
The situation is dire: Leo has no family remaining in Nigeria and absolutely no means of funding her specialized medical care there. Forcing her to leave Ireland now would not only interrupt her critical treatment but would effectively end her chances of recovery.
We are pleading for your support to help Leo stay in Ireland, where she can continue her chemotherapy and receive the surgery she desperately needs to survive. Your donations will go directly toward:
• Legal and Administrative Support: Assisting with the costs of pleading her case to remain in Ireland on compassionate medical grounds.
• Medical & Recovery Costs: Covering essential treatments, specialized care, and daily needs that are not fully covered.
• Basic Living Expenses: Ensuring she has a safe place to stay and the resources to focus on healing until she is fully recovered and able to return to normal life.
Leo is a beloved member of our community, but she cannot fight this battle alone while facing the threat of being sent away from the care that is keeping her alive.
How you can help:
1. Donate: No amount is too small. Every Euro goes toward saving Leo’s life.
2. Share: Please share this link urgently with your networks, social media, and community groups.
3. Advocate: Keep Leo in your thoughts and prayers as we fight to keep her here.
Thank you for your immense kindness, your generosity, and for standing with Leo in this fight for her life and her right to receive treatment. Your support means everything to her.
