As many of you know, Pepper is a passionate musician playing multiple instruments. The main instrument Pepper plays is the stand up bass in the Youth Symphony of Southern Oregon and jazz band at Ashland High School. Music is also quite important to Pepper’s mental health and well being.

We’ve been wanting to buy a bass for a while now but they cost more than we can afford. Yes, we could rent one, but with Pepper’s love of music and wanting to continue learning, buying seems more cost effective in the long run!

Many of you also know that I work as an education assistant at an elementary school, so funds are always wicked tight. I am reaching out in the hopes of help to get a bass for Pepper.
