Nazarene Youth Conference 2026!

Hi! My name is Zimri Lubiens, and I’m a 10th grader who is daily learning and living what it means to be a disciple of Jesus. I’ve felt a growing call toward ministry, and I’m doing my best to listen for God’s voice as I take the next steps on this journey of faith.

One of those steps is the chance to attend Nazarene Youth Conference (NYC) in the summer of 2026 with my youth group from Nampa College Church. NYC is a life-changing event where thousands of Nazarene teens from across the U.S. and Canada gather for worship, service, connection, and transformation. It’s a place where lives are shaped, faith deepens, and God’s calling becomes clearer.

NYC is also part of my family’s story—both my mom and my grandmother have attended in years past. Now, it’s my turn.

From my adoption story to now, I’ve seen how God has faithfully used my family and my church community to shape who I am today. The song “Oceans” by Hillsong has meant a lot to my mother and me as —especially these words:

“Spirit lead me where my trust is without borders

Let me walk upon the waters

Wherever You would call me

Take me deeper than my feet could ever wander

And my faith will be made stronger

In the presence of my Savior.”

That is my prayer as I step into this opportunity.

“There is no greater joy than walking with Jesus—growing, learning, and being changed a little more each day to look like Him.”
